Olive trees in Athens

1000 years old olive tree

This is one of the five olive trees that are planted in Athens and their age is 1000 years old. This olive tree in in front of the Temple of Zeus. These olive trees where taken from north Peloponnese so that they would be rescued from the train works that were held there.
